REGISTRATION + OUTSIDE PARTICIPATION PACKAGE INFORMATION
- In addition to the congress registration, all participants who have not booked their accommodation in Royal Seginus Hotel (congress hotel) through the organization secretariat are required to pay outside participation fee during the congress. Congress registration and accommodation of participants who have not booked their accommodation from the Royal Seginus Hotel through the Organizayon secretariat will be canceled.
- Outside participation fee includes entrance to the congress center between 08.00 – 18.00 on scientific program and entry at social activities.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
- You can use our Paratika payment system to see the details of the payment amounts that change according to the maturity period and to benefit from the installment payment option.
- For payments made by money order, your payment will be checked and a confirmation will be sent within 1-3 business days.
- We kindly ask you to use the money order option for cash payments.
Refunds and Cancellations: Cancellations made before 14 July 2023 will be refunded 50% of the registration, accommodation and transfer fees. Cancellations made after this date will not be refunded.
