- The accommodation package fee includes 3 nights accommodation in an all-inclusive concept (check-in on December 3, 2025 - check-out on December 6, 2025).
- Participation in scientific programs, access to booth and exhibition areas, all printed materials, and tea and coffee served in the foyer area during the congress are included.
- Entry to all social programs (bar night, gala, etc.) held during the congress is included.

- Participants who have not made accommodation reservations at the congress hotels through Opteamist Tourism and those who have booked accommodation at hotels other than the congress hotel are required to purchase the external participation package.
- The external participation fee includes the facility usage fee (covering entrance between 08:00 - 18:00 and during relevant hours on social activity days), coffee breaks, and lunches, but excludes breakfast and dinner.
